Responsibilities:
1Regularlyobservetheciviloperationsofthecontractortocheckprogressandqualityareincompliancewiththecurrentprograms(includingshorttermplanningandContractprogram).
2MonitorSupervisioncompanyreports,inspectionsandremedialactionsincivilpart.
3Bidding-preparethetechnicaldocumentandparticipatetheemployerinterview,coordinatewithfunctiondepartmenttogetnewproject
4Implementation-takefullresponsibilityforthecivilpartofprojectimplementationincludingdesign,tendering,applicationforgovernmentapproval,kickoffpreparation,construction,completionandguaranteeperiod.
5Draftcivilrelatedprojectplanandprojectreport,joinprojectmeeting,reviewandreleasethedocumentissuedtoallrelatedpartyaftertheconfirmationfromPM.


Requirements:
1.Degreeofcivil,structureengineeringorconstructionmanagement;
2.Certifiedfirstlevelcivilconstructor(preferred)
3.Atleast3yearsofrelevantworkincivil,structureengineeringorconstructionandprojectmanagement;
4.WorkingknowledgeofChinaHSErequirements,Chinaconstructioncode;
5.Familiaritywithgovernmentapprovalsprocess;
6.ModerateinbothwrittenandspokenEnglish;
7.Moderatelevelofcommunication,problemsolvingandinterpersonalskill;
8.Mustbeabletobeonsiteandtravel.
