SupportInternalandexternalauditpreparationandfollowup,likeauditagendaandmeetingroomcoordination,draftPPTslides,prepareonsite-neededdocuments,arrangelunchandotheradministrativetasksforauditors,recordauditquestions,andsupportonfindingfollowup,andsummaryofauditlessonslearnedforcontinuousimprovement,etc.
CommunicationwithQBA,andprocessresponsiblepersononauditpreparationandstatusupdate,supportQualityManagementCommittee(QMC)meeting,etc.

ChinesenativespeakerwithfluentEnglishbothinspokenandwritten(Germanlanguageisbeneficial)
