-BecomeproficientindeliveringtheDisneyEnglishinteractivecontentandcomprehensiveclassroomdeliveryofDisneyEnglishcurriculum
-LeverageexistingcontentandpreparelessonplansconsistentwithDisneyEnglishLanguageLearning,withtheabilitytousedevelopmentallyappropriateteachingpracticestoenhanceeachlesson
-UseavarietyofmultimediaincludingInteractiveWhiteBoardandinteractivecontent/educationalsoftware,audiorecordingsystems,andmanipulatevariouscomputersystems
-Workwithlocallearningpartnerstoensureclassesarerunefficientlyandstartandendasscheduled
-Prepare,priortothestartofeachclass,andbeabletoeffectivelyuselessons,realia,printmaterials,technologyandsupplementalmaterials
-PrepareandleadClubhouseActivitiesbeforeclasseswitheducationalvalue
-DeliveravarietyofEnglishLanguageLearningeventsasscheduledbytheLLD,includingbutnotlimitedtoDemos,ReferralEvents,CenterEvents,MakeUpClasses,ParentSeminarsandNewParentOrientationMeetings
-Deliverbothformalandinformalassessmentsandprogressreportsthroughouttheprogramandkeepcloseoversightonalllearnerrecords
-Substitutewhenneededforabsenttrainers.
-AccuratelyplacelearnersintheDisneyEnglishprogrambydeliveringPlacementAssessments.
