4Provideoverallprojectfocusduringthepre-constructionphaseincludingcoordinationandinterrogationofthefollowingprocesses:co-ordinationandimplementationofgroupqualityprocedures,design,budgeting,programming,riskassessment,planningandotherstatutoryapprovals,valueengineering,draftingoftenderandcontractdocumentation,tenderassessment,contractnegotiationsandaward;
5Regulateprojectresourcesagainstsecured,visibleandproposedincome;WiththeOperationsManagerassembleprojectteamstosuccessfullydeliverandcompleteprojectsincludingconstructionmanagement,testandcommissioning;
6Oversightallcustomerinterfacesthroughouttocontractcompletionasappropriate;Meetcustomersonregularbasistoensureexpectationsaremet;EstablishandmaintaincloserelationshipwithcustomerstoensuretheypresentsColliersPjMwithpositivetestimonialonallprojectsandtofosterfurtherbusiness;
7Supportprojectmanagerandprojectteamintermsoftechnical,contractualandcommercialadvicethroughouttheprogressoftheproject,andattendsitewhenrequested;Developandtraintheprojectteaminordertoensurethattheyarewell-motivatedandequippedforcurrentandfuturebusinesschallenges;Recruit/releaseprojectstaffasandwhenrequired,ensurestaffreviewiscompletedtoprogrammebyliaisingwithcentralHR;
8EnsureadisciplineduseandunderstandingofColliersPjM’squalitymanagementsystembytheprojectteamthroughoutstage2andstage3;EnsuretheprojectteamiswelleducatedonHSE,anddevelopanewcultureandnewsetofpersonalbehaviortorealizeColliersPjM’sHSEobjectiveofzeroaccident;EnsureregularHSEaudittakeplaceonproject;
9Ensurethetimelysubmissionofinvoicesandmonitordebtors;ReviewprojectP&Lreportsonmonthlybasis;


Competency
-DegreeofCivilEngineering,ConstructionmanagementorM&EEngineeringorsimilarprofessionaldiscipline.
-Proventrackrecordwithreputableprofessionalfirmorcontractingorganization;
-Minimumof10yearsworkingexperiencesincegraduation(orequivalent)andatleast2yearsinsolidSPMrole
-Relevantexperienceworkingwith(privatesectorpreferable)clientsinanindustrial/commercialsector;
-GeneralSkillProvenleadershipinsuccessfullydrivingthecompletionofproject;Deliveredstrategicandtacticalleadershipinitiativeswithinpre-determineddeadline;
